No this isn’t pointless cause I have to many issues with the store and it ends up breaking. The only other option to uninstalling the store is using horrible commands which end up breaking it completely. This may actually be a better way of reinstalling the Store app if there is issues. I love downsampling old games. I did it with Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 and mind you yes its still pretty dated but it does give a sharper look to the game.

You are partially right it wasn't piracy though. The PS2 had the DVD drive and people were in love with Sony at the time. Sony and Sega were at each others throats pretty much and Sony won.
Piracy had nothing to do with it. The encryption didn't break until 2001 when the Dreamcast was announced to be pulled. It may have not helped but it was the PS2 caused it to fail.

Yeah I'm with you here there is nothing that can really save digital for mobile phones. I'm still skeptical about what will happen to the PS3 , Xbox 360 and PC (if Steam ever goes down lol).

Dreamcast isn't even there come on. I realize their older games but that system is the BOMB!!!
and its a massive flop cause of the people who didn't buy it :/. I do agree that its expensive to localize but other companies do it and its thanks to those who buy it can actually afford it :).
