Yeah but when we talk about composite the standard is 4:3 screen ratio. HD requirements are 720p, 1080p or higher and of course require a wider screen resolution. Component can output 720p and 1080i resolutions. Composite can only output 480i so anything over 720p and 1080p would be a stretched widescreen.

No in the description above it says you must have a High Definition TV it doesnt say you need HDMI. Component does Hi-Def you will have no problems. I don't know why Kotaku editors keep saying you need a High Def tv with HDMI cause Component does widescreen to.

There is a reason why there is battling and its cause either or is jealous of what both systems can offer. Computer offers quality gaming and Console offers a larger variety of games and gets most support.

LOL that is hilarious eh people who buy cheap computers have to upgrade all the time will. Expect that, if you pay the right price you wont have to upgrade for atleast 4 years or a bit more ahead.
