its not just EBgames though EA wants all shops to stop selling used games at all shops they feel that companies that sell used games is making them lose money.

I want to confirm this has been a rumor is true and its not only Gamestop/EBgames but other places aswell i was talking to a manager at a local game shop and he said EA wants to stop game shops from selling used games.

I know that VGA does 720p im not sure what the Dreamcast is pushing out but again not all games work well with the VGA cable. But there is no way of doing HDMI and if somebody says hey i want to make a portable system with HDMI they still cant cause it uses the same Dreamcast motherboard.
