They can be the best of the four and still suck.
They can be the best of the four and still suck.
Me neither.
310hp is a ton for a Camry, and is more than anything I own right now, but I don’t really buy the notion that that makes it fun. I owned an S4 for a while, with ~340hp, and it was quick, but kind of numb and boring. My fun car these days is an M3, which is vastly more fun and exciting to drive than the S4, even though…
Yeah, there’s that. But I’m with you, pubes are fine.
I’m kind of shocked that that’s so common. But thanks for the explanation!
But like, where do you stop? I keep things pretty neatly trimmed, but my leg hair, chest hair, and pubes are pretty much contiguous.
All that said, no regrets on the first gen. I found a one owner, V6 TRD 4x4 with a shell (which I would have bought for the hypothetical new truck) and full service history from new. It’s been great.
Yeah, I had that thought. I might still buy one in a few years, depending how tired my first gen is at that point.
Agreed. I was considering a 3rd Gen Tacoma recently, but the only way to get the general configuration I wanted (V6, 4x4, MT, short cab/long bed) was in a TRD Sport, and I just wasn’t willing to pay extra for a stupid fake hood scoop, and stiffer suspension/bigger wheels that I didn’t want either. If they’d made a TRD…
This is correct. You can get cut on them, but it takes a lot of pressure. They’re a far cry from a knife edge or anything like that.
I mean, I agree with you on wanting a small pickup, but the Ranger is less than in inch narrower than the F150?!?! Every time I see one of the current gen F150 Raptors, I’m struck by how truly enormous they are, especially in terms of width. The Ranger Raptor just isn’t enough smaller for me to get interested.
You’re surprised that the Colts are incompetent?
Seconded. They really are impressive.
Seconded. They really are impressive.
I saw so much of this when I was shopping for a Tacoma last year. 3 year old, 40-60k mile models witha huge, stupid lift kit and shitty aftermarket wheels would be listed well over original MSRP.
Asking price is almost exactly what I sold my B5 S4 Avant for last year. That car was quick (dynoed at ~350hp/400lb-ft), comfy, extremely capable, and had a manual transmission for bonus points.
You missed the wildest part. Kadri ripped out a big chunk of Thornton’s beard!
Correct. Solid axles and locking diffs notwithstanding, the shit like side exhausts and low profile street tires that come on the AMG ones say everything you need to know about how much these things actually get taken off road.
whether Ford decides to go with a solid axle on its new Bronco
Deadspin’s criticisms of the NFL are mostly fair and accurate. (Note: I still watch a lot of NFL football, I’m not trying to get on some high horse here.) Public financing of stadiums is a sham to steal public money for billionaire owners. Players are treated as disposable parts with little regard for their safety and…
Can you imagine how shitty that will be driving at night? They’ll have to have a night mode that uses a very dark color scheme, but it’ll still be fucking blinding.
