I started watching The Expanse, and I instantly knew I recognized the character Chrisjen Avasarala’s voice from somewhere. Shohreh Aghdashloo voiced Admiral Shala’Raan vas Tonbay in the Mass Effect series. Thought the same actor did Doctor Amari in Fallout 4, but that was someone else.

Source actually holds up pretty well in 2015, games like Insurgency and CS:GO look pretty damn good. What doesn’t hold up here is the original HL2 assets that are being recycled. Valve hasn’t updated the vast majority of those models, textures, particle effects, sounds etc. since 2004.
