Thats the speed limit at my place of employment. The idea is that 15 mph would have you going 5 over, which is the norm. 13 makes you feel that 15 is the acceptable “over”. They really want you to go 15. Its mind play.

Get yourself some Molson Canadian, or Jonhn LABATTS... You will not be let down. I’m all “buy american everything”, but my Beer is Canadian. Period.

I shall look into them, I LOVE GOOD ROCK, by the way.. Labatts Blue is the #1 beer in western new york. If you go three hours in they are flummoxed by “what is labatts” to which I say, you are insane. Buffalo = Great Pizza, Great Wings, Great Beer (Labatts)....
