@Stormwaker101: Blizzard drives revenues with never ending expansions, which is why they don't have to bump their fees. It's just an illusion, really. "My monthly fees are the same...but I pay $$$ for expansions."

I'd wager that 2-3am on weekdays is the quietest period in the subways. Wait for a train to leave the station, then slip on to the tracks.

@Mr_Biggles: Well LITTLE dragonflies are harmless to humans, not giant ones with pincers that could bite off your finger.

@Stormwaker101: You're right. Something should cost the same now as it did years ago even in the face of inflation and a much more broad service.

@AngryFork: Steam's revenue comes primarily from sales. Valve gets a cut of every sale, and that means a LOT of money. MS gets a piece of games sold, but obviously much, much less overall. Plus, XBL has much more demanding legal, licensing, and infrastructure facets than Steam. All of that means that it costs more to

@jkdeadite: Negative. PC is easy and wonderful. You're just getting used to it.

It's a business. Microsoft needs (and deserves) money for an excellent product. As the financial exigencies of running XBL grow, so too must its revenues for MS.

@Aenean: Yeah. Hobos are hardcore.

@89macrunner: Nah. 25 million is an irrelevantly small number.

@masterdingo: Agreed. They're very sensitive over there.

I was banned on jezebel for being anti fat people earlier this week, so I'll just leave this one alone.

@typica1cat: I dunno. Radar isn't really used to spot tanks...and those look like radar reflective surfaces.

@Strages: You used to be mortal, actually. Not since unkillable monsters were implemented, though.

SMP needs a big bad guy that can spawn during the day. Like a troll from LOTR. 4 blocks tall, 3 wide, 2 deep maybe.

@Reguba: More like the last few weeks. They haven't touched the game yet. That's all still just Notch.

@TheKennedy: Random, and that terrain isn't all that impressive. My server generated a fresh map last night filled with mountains that have giant holes through them and huge over hangs.

@ThatGuyIsPro: Survival MP has been out for months... I've been playing it since the beginning of September.

Alone in the Dark, when I was but a young lad.
