@Shmooki: I think you are confused about the point of my post. I'm aware that mineral oil is not conductive. I've seen builds like this before, as I said.

@devilzwings: That's not what I said. The point is that if the mineral oil causes increased wear on the fans, and they break, the affected parts can only be used in a MO build unless they get another cooling solution. That's really only an option for CPU/GPU, not PSU.
