@Laertus: Within the games library portion of the steam UI, right click on the Civilization V entry. One of the tabs (I think it's called local files) will have an option to validate files. Do that and see if it downloads anything.

@Haydorian: Also why is razing suggested for these cities that have wonders and lots of buildings? More population to reduce happiness? I suppose I'm still learning the mechanics.

@Haydorian: When you say a lot of buildings that survived the siege are you referring to granaries, stables, etc? I didn't know you could even see what was in the city...

Civ V: How many of you manually adjust your city's population allocation?
