It could be just philosophy. Japanese always like efficiency that's why their sports car have always been highly strung V6s and smaller.

To be fair, the LFA was a tsunami car. There's not that much in Formula Drift as the other motorsports.

Seems like most factory pistons are strong enough and you 'can' get away with it but it's definitely one of those pieces after ungraded just gives you such a better sense of security.
