I pre-ordered Dead Cells for $4.99 and I’m so glad I did. I’d have paid the full $7.99 for sure, and probably have even been happy paying $10 or more. Why? No micro transactions and no adverts. All power ups and rewards are earned through gameplay, not through my wallet.

I never thought Lori Petty was a fit for the role. Maybe somewhat in portraying personality, but not visually. I always saw Hewlett’s drawings of her as a stunning girl who punked herself up. I’m just curious how those classic movie scenes, the “Sorry sir, your card was declined” [pulls out scissors and snips card in half], would play out with one of these. 

Ah yeah, I’d forgotten about that. The button on top, right behind the scroll wheel is, by default, the on-off for smooth scroll. Good catch. I’d operated mine without the ratchet on for so long I’d forgotten it had it!

I’m using the MX Master 2s right now, it definitely has no physical ratchet. Scrolling is a smooth, continuous action. Maybe they had magnets in the 2s as well?
