I struggle to see any benefit of this concept. The reduced length when folded just translates to a 2x fatter bulge in your pocket.

The problem is apple only using AAC codec - which to no-ones surprise seems to work fine with Airpods.

I don’t want to carry a second set of earphones just for watching movies though. I would not use Airpods for listening to music...

Until I can watch video on IOS without Bluetooth audio lag, I wouldn’t consider cutting the cord. That and the fact that airpods can’t compete with decent prosumer IEMs for sound reproduction on audio only.

EV’s and Hybrids? I’m curious if NYC will have zero/low emissions rates like London. Congestion, aka gridlock can still happen with EV’s but the emissions are less or zero.
