I have about 100 hours played, grinding is all about knowing the right spots. In all Disgaeas it's looking for a fast way to get to Cave of Ordeals 4 and get exp residents in your items. Do it 2 times and your at level 6000. Resurect to level 1 to get all the stat bonus and repeat for an hour or so.

There is a fulfilling thing to grinding, beat the final boss on the hardest difficulty level. It even has story and if I remember correctly voice acting.
