Because you can only get bad ideas from manga. There are tons of bad examples out there, it still requires someone to chose to do something wrong before there is an idea on how to do it.

I don't know if it's really good to jail break a system that needs constant updates. But it's sad, because I would do it to import american games for a 3DS or a WiiU. :/

Why not? I do not share the fears of other posters on this topic. The anime would be what the Bioshock team would tell the japanese animation team to make it look like.
