I thought rally cars would run some sort of fire suppression system. Something that would buy people just enough time to get out.

The chart might be clearer if it said "Free Storage" instead of just "Free."

I wouldn't say that these fall into incredibly dangerous. The buckyball banning was patently ridiculous though. People are too stupid to realize properly judge risk and we end up losing cool products. "Protecting the children" knows no bounds.

Don't forget Buick!

That Swedish "Ghost Rider" fella had a 500HP Hayabusa. You can YouTube his very illegal shenanigans. Wheelies at 200MPH are no joke.

That is 4 SETS of OEM tires. Not 4 tires. Anyways; terrible tire for such a high HP car.

My god, the endless possibilities are leaving me salivating. Would love me a "new " classic.

Then again, if I ever did manage to get my hands on an S class, I would hope it automagically hacks all the poors vehicles around me and shunts them to the side of the road, allowing me by. Some real brand warfare.

People driving 90s civics have a death wish.

Largest Engine.

Your manhood is defined by the contents of your vehicle. The guy with paint cans, ladder, and tools in the back of his van is smart and has manhood in spades. Ain't nobody fooling nobody with an Edge/Explorer with soccer balls, and lacrosse sticks in the back.

Russias' is so much cooler.

Hahaha, my G8 is immune!!!!!

I don't think anyone buying a GTI is actually looking for excitement. But they like to pretend that THEY MIGHT JUST GET WILD!

More lives and TIME will be saved by autonomous vehicles than could ever be lost via any autonomous terror scenario. Out of the way of progress FBI!

If the parents couldn't be bothered to notice an erroneous charge or request a refund, then it isn't really a big deal.

I think we should all be able to go directly to http://www.safercar.gov/, choose our car, and see how our vehicles would fare crashing into another. "Your car vs Tahoe: You Die" These star ratings are meaningless in vehicle to situations.

I have come to the same conclusion as you have. But at the very least bus vs car vs truck or some permutation thereof is something approaching survivable. Motorcycles lose to everything in every encounter. Crashes are inevitable, shouldn't some bare minimum of crash survivability be enforced?

The more I think about it, the more I find myself questioning why motorcycles are allowed on highways. Mixing two highly disparate classes of vehicles is a recipe for disaster.
