Say hi to Mega Man when you get there. :)
Say hi to Mega Man when you get there. :)
Early in the lifespan of City of Heroes, it used to be possible to teleport someone against their will. I used to go AFK and when I came back, find myself on top of lampposts, rooftops, all sorts of ridiculous places.
It is rude to the author. A guest writer at that. The real life equivalent would be to go to a lecture, and at the end put up your hand and say "I didn't listen to anything you said at all, but here's what I think..."
I'm still talking about the initial post, the topic of your entire challenge. The preface of "TL;DR" is both fundamentally rude and dismissive. Why do you believe that is acceptable?
And rudeness does?
Hopefully you didn't use the punch to make it double-sided. >.<
Came here to check, and was not disappointed.
TL;DR
I'm knocking him for making a comment about his experience on this level with the preface TL;DR. He could have easily contributed without being disrespectful.
The whole game is about griefing, of one form or another. Sometimes there's a person on the other side of the weapon, sometimes its just the game. :P
Every part of the comment except for the TL;DR statement. It is possible to contribute to the discussion without being unnecessarily rude.
Again, he could have contributed the identical comment, yet felt it necessary to preface his statement with TL;DR for no good reason. You don't find that unnecessary?
He could have made the identical comment without the TL;DR flag at the beginning, yet felt it was necessary to lead with to show his disrespect. That is why it is a big deal.
Saying what wheird?
But you didn't read the article to discover what the author's points where, or whether he had similar faults with the level as you did. So yes, it was the mission you had issue with, but why comment? Especially after going out of your way to say that you didn't even bother to read the article?
Why comment if you didn't read it?
The PC game by Westwood was pretty incredible, though dated graphically now. It was the closest thing you'll ever get to a complete Blade Runner experience, complete with alternate endings that make you question your existence.
Iceskates.
