Stupid thing is, if he had a blackboard of written equations for said trajectories, no one would understand or give a fuck. But a bloody curved line from a hastily depicted USA/Russia with 'explosion' written on it?! ZOMFG!!

That's no reason. Temp savefile on the computer synchronized once every few seconds with the online version.. but don't strangle all inputs to the online server.

Same here, give me a proper Mechwarrior game with Oculus Rift support, maybe even a Battleship 3000AD feel with roaming around your own dropship moving around systems and then you can just jack my real life body into a coma and i'll be fine.

Fun thing about that. Diablo 3 will add 'Seasons' which are identical to PoE's system. Had a little romp in D3 lately, which is why i've seen that, but jesus has the game been completely redesigned.

It's a well thought out system. If your friend cuts you off since he wants to play, eventually you'll just go 'fuck it' and buy the game, being more invested and interested in it now than you would have been before even playing it.

Not related to the VO here, but I'm sorry, as much as i can respect the cult status of Metal Gear Solid, absolutely everything i see and am exposed to in relation to it i find tacky, pretentious and poorly executed when discussing characters and story.

I really don't particularly like any of Miracle of Sound's tracks, usually find them tacky but i just /love/ this song.

On the other hand, we've had so many gruff stereotypical space marine voice overs that it REALLY takes a shining performance to take it to the next level. While Hale did a great job, even a less adequate VO would still have seemed to be better praised just because it would sound new and fresh.

Actually, check the documentary that came out.. they have different sets of clothes, but most of them have been wearing the exact same ones since day 1. It's a production choice to add verisimilitude.

I do agree. If at least they would have spoken french... i think it may just have been a 'we can make this anywhere, let's make it somewhere where people attach some meaning and stereotypes to'.

I fucking LOVED the music and the detailed world both design and lore. Each shop, each garden... Sure the story sucked mostly and the gameplay wasn't particularity great but i really was impressed with RM. It stuck on my mind more than any other game that period.

That lead-up, sequence and consequence basically is my utter favorite experience in video gaming history. It wasn't a choice you can just quickload through... it really was a deeply involving choice that allowed you to follow your principles without offering an immediate consequence. Dealing with what you done in such

To remember 10% of what you know during a heated battle. Make that 10% be as comprehensive as you can.

I really should rewatch that.

Rarely is something both good and popular. What's not popular but good ends up being a cult hit and what's popular and not good... ends up being Transformers.

Edge of Tomorrow was really not bad at all. Formulaic maybe, but definitely not bad.

That Tribes remake a while back had all this and more, but.. how much do you hear of it now? Sure, it had unlocks and all that new age marketing jazz, but in the end, it was still tribes.

That might have been a nod to Starsiege: Tribes, the original shooter-vehicle-jetpack game, and it was released in 1999.

Happy to see Reakktor getting back in the game. Their Black Prophecy game was solid, if lackluster, and was a bit sad when it got pulled off the net. And apparently they got this in the bag, gameplay, design and marketing-wise. Can't say i'll be picking it up, but in these trying times where studios are falling left

Late 2015, expected october/november.
