The whole sleepless nights, Red Bull, management pressure story doesn’t really fit the narrative for Activision Blizzard’s layoffs of what seemed to be in divisions that aren’t programmer-specific.

You can also risk being fired immediately. You keep using the insane example where a bunch of like minded employees in a relatively small company unionized. Activision is a pretty large corporation with multiple philosophies towards worker’s rights. I am sure the unionizing employees would be fired and replaced easily…
