It was through my step-daughter's dyslexia that I learned the benefit of non-white backgrounds, originally for, but not only for dyslexics. It makes reading faster and easier on the eyes and the brain.

I bought a Sony eBook Reader a couple weeks ago, and now I use OpenOffice to create some one-page PDFs with essential data such as schedules and etc. With battery life in the mega days (I never go anywhere without a book), I think it is taking over from my PocketMods. (learned from LifeHacker)

The traditional organizational style (file cabinets, orderly, etc.) appeals and is usable only to one. The other 40-45% of us require things such as the "banker box" that only gets…
@paqman: Treepad is excellent. I've used it for 15 years now, though I've switched some newer stuff over to MemPad (same concept).
Not an iStore customer, but I hope they give the same weight to violent images as they do to sex. .... Who am I kidding?
@say592: Good point. It depends on what the study tested. If it was formal education specifically, then it says something, or maybe a second study with varying types of "intelligence".
