My Mac is seeing the stickers as just images or gif’s. Emojis are built into the phone - that’s why they look different across different OS’s and brands.

The stickers are likely sent just like any other photo you would send via iMessage - it is not relying or expecting the Sticker/App store app to be installed on the receiving end.

So Samsung can get an emergency patch out there to fix something, or will it have to wait to come bundled with Candy Crush Farmer Life and FlippyBoard?

The actual sticker (photo/gif) has to be sent over data, or this won’t work for people that don’t have the App installed on the receiving end.

I am actually looking forward to the release/reviews of these. I use a Bluetooth headset on and off all day for work, but hard to find one I find comfortable for extended use. My current Plantronics headset is broken (and glued back together) so I have been waiting to replace it.

Our Verizon iPhone 6 Pluses are paid off in a month or so and still work just fine - even on iOS 10. I think I might just enjoy a paid off phone for a few months and wait for a 6s BOGO perhaps or similar deal without having to trade my perfectly working phones in.
