I'm really debating whether to get a ps4 or xbone for this. On the one hand I get halo later and i like the new controller better than ds4, but on the other hand that white ps4 and all the extra goodies are really cool. ps+ is a better deal than live atm and from what it appears sony has a tech advantage for now.

I bought that game at midnight release and still never managed to finish the main quest.

It can add to immersion. A perfect example would be a horse or a massive goliath beast like in Shadow of the Colossus or something like a Yeti/Behemoth.

Smoother animations, higher res textures, and higher poly count characters don't really add to the gameplay either. I guess we should get rid of those too? We really don't need more than say 32 or so colors while we're at it. Quality surround sound? Meh. Not really needed. We could get by with primitive speaker
