See here’s the deal... With the souls games, you have a really hard-core demographic... Then you have what I’d dub as “pillars of the souls community” the lore guru’s... and then you have legit players who can use their brain; don’t worship the game, they just like action RPG’s....

I think part of the problem.. was what we (everyone was advertised) initially... lighting, and how it was going to play more of a role, and then.. we get the actual game, and it isn’t until the PC release where that was half way fixed.

A lot of companies still market like it’s the 2000's... they want to be gatekeepers and just hold onto the product/book/game... rather than release it and let people buy it sooner rather than later. It’s been forever since Demons Souls, so its nice to get a refresher story wise without having to buy a PS3 and play through the game again.
I’ve only made it half way through the Demons Souls video above, I was surprised there was no commentary... owell.
