Diet usually plays the biggest role in health problems. We figure it out trial and error it seems, certain foods irritate our system, create mood swings etc, others prevent them and make us feel great. A body can work against you but food and drink fuel definitely plays a huge role in that.

My stepdad is from north Michigan too, moved to Texas and within 3 years had a stone that made him writhe in pain it was so bad, thought he was going to die. Military guy- big strong and tough. Ended up being a teenie tiny stone. Probably from all that crap Lipton (& other poor quality teas) made into iced tea folks…
