Honestly I would have left the whole story thread out of the game since there’s plenty enough to do without it. Or I would have made it a trip to Isle of Skye or something remote and scenic but not entirely unbelievable in terms of journey distance.

I’m of the “It was a dull, mostly empty but scenic region, with very little to do except track down a uninteresting villain” camp.

How the hell do I turn off dark mode so I can read this article?

Rip out every second row of seats in commercial planes to start and make some more legroom. Also don’t sell middle seats in a bank of three seats!

> So why not drop isolation now then, since it won’t matter?

> Is your idea based on internet shit? ‘Cause that won’t do. People want to do REAL things.

> None of what you wrote helped me. I want this over now. Nothing they said we should do is helping. I’d rather be dead than not be able to go out for a year. Fuck your books and songs and shit. I want normal life back. And I don’t care who dies.

> That’s too long. And the stuff we’re doing now isn’t working: The deaths aren’t stopping. It’s been a month and they’re just speeding up? So why are we bothering?

> No. The internet doesn’t work as a replacement for anything. I’d rather go outside again and live life. If I can’t do that, I’d rather be dead.

There’s no reason this *has* to be awful!

If you can play games for fun and pure enjoyment and not need to turn them into some sort of psychological vanity self-improvement thing, you win.

More of these articles please!

I’m using Q daily and only have one problem and that’s with my Chromecasting quick actions not quite right. That’s incredibly vague of me but screw it I don’t have enough ambition to explain and you likely don’t care about some random dufus’s Chromecast issue, as it should be.

Middle-out compression.

The weirdness puts me off. I’ve been playing it since Daggerfall and the weird stuff departs from what I enjoy, a good classic style 80/20 above/below ground adventure.

Autorun - remember that?  Toggle that on and go and grab a drink and come back and find yourself dead.

Hell levels oh yeah!

The thing about Everquest I really liked that seems counter-intuitive was that for example to group up with a friend you would have to literally run on foot 45 minutes across a continent and some of it was dangerous territory depending on your level.

I’ve put in about 95 hours now and it’s been a blast, never once bored or feeling like I needed to grind.

Yep it’s part of a quest down the road so don’t fret about it or worry about it, it’ll happen!
