I've actually only encountered FF games through my PSP; Dissidia (1,2) and Crisis Core both had the melody but I didn't notice it from the first time.

My bad then, never was a fan of the series. But I've always been a fan of KH.

The music at the end was also very kingdom heart -ish, which isn't a bad thing at all.

I think most consumers just don't care after a few months. The PS4 is selling much better, but the xbox one isn't really failing by any means, give or take a year or more, no one will even mention the whole DRM debacle.
