Far from it, game looks cool, fun, but I'm pretty sure journalists got a fair share of their hands on/hands off previews and weren't impressed by it.

I highly doubt any of these will fly off the shelves.

James May?

I recently read a comment over at gamespot where someone said "30fps is borderline unplayable". That comment had 15 likes.

The game's easily the most visually impressive racer to date, I don't mind the frame-rate.

I think he's really pushing the whole seamlessness from cut-scene to gameplay, we got a glimpse of it in the 30 minute demo, the beginning cut-scene was also a 'oner' and by the end of it, the camera rotated to the gameplay perspective.

Watching the two big cut-scenes in ground zeroes, it was clear to me that Kojima has been elevated to god-status level in directing.

No.

There is no mod kit for the game.

All the modders were able to do were turn on functions that were off for some time, I got the 'mod' running myself but the difference is still marginal.

Don't know about you, but I think the game looks gorgeous.

All I saw was lost potential, really. The idea of a planet destroyed by climate changing forcing the last surviving humans to live in a socially-divided train as it loops around the planet sounds... pretty fucking interesting.

Ahh, I stopped watching it 9 episodes in.

You review it yet you don't call it by it's real name, Football, shame on you Kotaku.

That reminds me of an episode from Hannibal.

fair enough.

"Xbox one"

All three games you just listed I can get on my PC.

Galaxy 3, no.
Sunshine 2, hell yeah.

It's coming to PC/PS4/X1.

Then I'd blame Ubisoft for this to some extent. It's their messaging that lead others to believe that.

And what's this borderline incredible freedom everyone was expecting?
