The character face models are a serious let-down.

Once a game hits "alpha" don't expect major graphical improvements.

For Abu Dhabi, yes. Dubai's oil recourses aren't enough to bring in the income they require. Their man source of income is tourism. Dubai still has to buy the oil they use.

I really don't understand why these aren't build in the gulf. Dubai is almost always sunny, yet they resort to burning oil for power.
