More evidence that Toyota was so wise to avoid developing a BEV like everyone else.

Yer math if fucked and so are you.

Something that plays orders of magnitude larger role than cash for clunkers in the supply of Great Recession era cars is that 4-6 million fewer new cars per year were sold for over 2 years because of the Great Recession.

The average driver can cover their needs with 8 hours of L1 charging, even if they drive 15000 mi/yr and only drive 2 days a week. Or 5 days a week. Or (most likely!) 7 days a week.

Yer right, if you drive less than 15,000 miles per year and therefore don’t need L2 charging then you shouldn’t be driving anything.

Another Hot Take: Most drivers don’t even need L2 charging and would be fine with 120V charging that they likely already have.

That one was probably a demo. Their inventory shows 0 2024 EVs available and 47 2025 EVs available.

Having owned and lived with both for several years and tens of thousands of miles I’m confirming that ICE needs more frequent and more expensive maintenance.

Curious what they mean by majority. 51%? 99%?

I’m ok with the same-sausage different-lengths philosophy many automakers have been using, and I don’t think Teslas (except the truck) are good or bad looking, they seem plain and inoffensive enough to me (for offensive design I think of the previous gen Prius).

Trump is about getting more money. He has the richest man in the world who has already given him a quarter billion dollars. I’m sure Trump can’t stand him, I doubt Trump likes anyone, including his family, but Trump can stand his money, so he will do everything he can to bleed Musk dry and he won’t send Musk away.

Police and Fire departments ordered them to flee their cars.

I’d love to believe that Trump is sick of Musk already but his beautiful love letters show otherwise

Glass-housed Stellantis dealers throwing stones.

As a tall person whose head always extends above even fully extended headrests, this looks very painful in the event of a collision and i pray the design isn’t contagious.

Highland didn’t move the needle for Model 3's declining sales in China.

Their cars are stuck in a time when they had no competition and when Tesla has updated them (Model 3 last year) it didn’t move the numbers because their updates were insignificant and the growing number of competitors are better.
