Stadia is clearly not ready for release so I don’t understand why Google is pushing it out for the holidays. I don’t see moms picking it up in Best Buy for their kids or anything. And we know how quick the news cycle moves on, so when it launches with most of the promised features missing that’s all people will hear

I don’t think you have to read too deep into that before seeing the problems with the Jenga part.

Funny, this. I was at a wedding last night* that, instead of a guest book, had everybody sign a Jenga piece. Something about “help us celebrate building our lives together.” It was kind of charming, if you don’t read toooooo deeply into it.

I would say the only rule of wedding planning should be: the bride and groom get to do what they want, however they want, and you are not obligated to attend/stay.

Kibler is a stand up guy, it is a shame that he had to deal with this at all. But his way of putting this is very much in line with what I'd have expected.

You can play for free on all of the maps right now. There is nothing capping your gear progression regardless of the amount of DLC you have (IE the number goes up as high as the other players). Certain campaigns must be purchased for you to play them, but they can be purchased as you choose and you don’t need all of

YES. The biggest slice. I still dream about the sleep I had and how I did NOT eat the cake and how much it haunts me.

A HUGE DREAMY SLICE. I didn’t eat it, because I had just woken up from the best nap of my life and it didn’t hit me until my sister in law picked me up that I LEFT IT THERE.

My mom (normally a very serious person) was positively goofy after having Lasik surgery in July. She also had protective coverings taped over both eyes.

Well, she does say she goes from zero to thinking she’s a wizard with two drinks, so I’d accept the claim that she gets like this off of kid-size painkillers.

Yes, it’s an urban legend that’s been squashed repeatedly. A couple guys at Blizzard were Warhammer fans, so it was an inspiration. They never lost the rights because they never had them, nor tried to get them. I believe there was a push from like one dev to talk to Games Workshop, but the higher ups at Blizz said no

It’s pretty impressive how he got that Windows application to run on a Windows computer.

If the Forsaken collection includes everything that is now free then why does it matter? It’s free. Plus in order to get the Forsaken Annual Pass for free you have to purchase Forsaken. For simplicity they removed the stand alone version as it became irrelevant. You are not paying for content you already have as it is

I’m a pretty serious Destiny player by most non-Destiny players’ definitions, and my to-do list is “turn on your Xbox on Tuesday, boot Shadowkeep.”

I’m confused as to what you’re actually asking for here.

Forsaken originally was $40. And then it was an additional $35 for the Forsaken Annual Pass.

Then Forsaken + Annual Pass was supposed to be $40 all together once Shadowkeep dropped.

But then Bungie decided to go even cheaper and make Forsaken + Annual Pass $25

guy pirates a game for years, then when the game is made available again, refuses to pay for it because the company “never puts out good games.” pirate logic at its finest

Now playing

Tell me I’m not the only one who played this in their head when she stepped out of the elevator.

I've owned three Subies and no head gaskets. Needless to say, they have sorted out that problem.
