There is a LITTLE bit of nonsense, actually. I downloaded it the other day; the "Settings" icon isn't present as shown in the screenshot above; it's an "About" icon, and there's no access to settings.

I use NeatScan - scan it to PDF, into a folder that Evernote monitors for new files. Uploads nicely. Free.
Whole lot of uninformed commenting going on here. I'm reading the book now, and it's the sort of thing that should be required reading for anybody commenting on Lifehacker.

That Doxie looks pretty good. I just praised NeatScan in another comment, but this takes yet another step out of the process.
This plus my NeatScan plus Evernote just made things a bit easier.
@TheOtherHalf: I've had some experience with the sticker technique. I had some difficulty getting the sticker off of the backing sheet, but once I learned to bend the corner down to loosen the sticker, it's been clear sailing ever since.
