It looks like he couldn’t even be bothered to bring his own stuff besides the BLM poster, but just went with found objects:

I expect this to be an expansion pack for SnowRunner

I get it, but “no dice” doesn’t come close to elucidating a “what the hell are they thinking?” / bad decision connotation, it sounds more like a near miss to me.

Yes financial assets is important. Of the four, today’s credit reports only reliably have credit balances and payment history.

Exposure control is pretty bad as well.  But it’s about the only webcam in stock, so if you need one, it’s better than nothing.

Yup, I’m not passing judgement either way on the gas tax. The original commenter’s point was that:

You don’t have to be a professional to appreciate great art.  Nice analysis.

NEB - I think you are incorrectly assuming that BahamaTodd is commenting from a the US perspective. I’m in PA , so yes, I’m paying 58 cents of state tax and 18.4 cents for federal tax on that $2.35 a gallon price. In Germany they pay $5.85 a gallon. That’s all taxes man.  Makes the US taxes look pretty puny, no?

Sorry, read your post wrong, I saw ‘rear truck’ , not ‘rear of truck’. Yes, it would create a lateral pull on the rear of the towing truck. You’re relying on the weight of the truck to overcome it, as you said.

You only need the lead truck. The wheels on the trailer swivel to cause it kick out.

I’m was thinking of more of a defensive capability (e.g., the white hat stuff vs. the NSA driven espionage style offensive stuff). In the same way the Coast Guard is responsible for the safe navigation and protection of shipping in our territorial waters, not for sabotaging foreign ports.

Yes, I had it wrong , separate branches, both in Department of the Navy.

Yup, I’ll stand corrected on this one, I’m confusing a “branch of service” with “Department” , Marine Corp is a branch of service that is part of the Department of Navy.

Icebreakers don’t cut thick ice, they ride up on it and crush it with the weight of the ship.

Corollary 1 - same story for a cruise ship.  In the video, you can see the motors are pretty close to the back , just where the hull starts to narrow for the props.  But they had to do a sidecut because cruise ship superstructures run the entire length of the ship.

I wonder if there is a missing piece to this story, specific to how this is an icebreaker....

Isn’t it five counting the Space Force?

Have your star. Should I put in your pocket for you, you know, given the stumps?

Oh my.  I’m glad they spelled out Tiddy Bear every time they said it, because that was not what my brain was hearing.

Have you been to Italy? Everyone drives that fast on the highway...at least if traffic lets them...
