And by writing this up the way Aaron did, he’s triggered a bunch of idiots in the comments below taking as he has presented, that somehow the judges can’t define ‘perform’ according to our colloquial expectations (mixing up a process from an outcome - they did perform a tire rotation, they just performed it poorly

Yeah, no, that’s not really what is going on here. The court is basically saying that if you did steps 1-14 of your list, you have ‘performed’ the tire rotation. Nothing unfair or deceptive. Now if you forget to do step 12 for one of the wheels, that is by all means ‘negligent’ (and they will get compensation for

Agreed.  I really like the look of this car, but the triangle lights are unnecessary and ugly.

It should destroy the Tesla in every measurable metric based on how much more it costs.”

I disagree with your premise.

Repeatedly telling people that you are smart is prima facie proof that you are not.

You’re getting all mixed up.

I’m not talking about Gran Turismo levels of tire squeal. I guess you are telling me that the professional drivers setting all those manufacturer’s lap times at the N*ring are just doing it wrong?

Porsche has always been a price elasticity test. But to be fair, there is a big, very noticeable difference between a 3.8 sec 0-60 and a sub 3 sec, 0-60.

Kind of mean for Brad to rub it in, eh?

I won’t try make a claim on the proper time, but I did not think that lap was very ‘violent’, it was a pretty settled lap compared to other cars driven for time around VIR. Barely any tire squeal. There is more time to be had there.

Seriously, what three day weekend?  I’m working on monday, the kids have school on monday.

This is right. The Z06 normally comes first, with the widebody and the new engine, then the GS comes along next, with the base engine & widebody.

Now playing

This had me thinking of the SNL skit from last weekend called Midday News

I want my new C8 and y’all are f’ing it up with this strike.  GM and UAW need to work this out so we can get back to 10 new Corvette articles a day.

I’m torn on the Panamera. I’ve got a 2012 Turbo S and thinking about upgrading to a new one, but I’ll go down on horsepower doing that, unless i get the hybrid, which adds at least 500 lbs. I need to see research more stats on this BMW (weight, active suspension?), but it’s definitely getting a look.

Agreed, I’m not arguing that it is practical, just legal. Sort of like calling my DB-9 a 4-seater. I’ve yet to meet an adult that can last more than 15 minutes in the rear seats.  But it works for the kiddies.

They still have rent-a-cops in the mall and patrolling the lots (yellow flashing lights on the vehicle). But the real town police and sometimes state police do patrol the lots and will enforce traffic laws. (When I say ‘lots’, realize that the mall is so damn big there are full-on roads running thru it. King of

Hey, can we get a whole jalopnik article on this?  I’d never heard of airbag suits, that sounds very super interesting.
