Never has the name Martha threatened to hurt so many...viewers, that is.

You buried the lead here. iZombie season 3 is happening!

And we have the reason, you just described the ideal Republican.

If these were my cats they would have immediately been trying to climb the flags and destroyed the whole set.

Sterling Mallory Archer is ready for Halloween.

As much as it might have improved, no Fish goes a long way, the smuggled phone being a big old rotary phone had me dying of laughter. No smuggled cell phone for Gotham, someone ran a big old phone cord down the hallways of Arkham and into Barbara’s cell. Priceless. No guard is going to notice or care about that cord

You meant the word “shocked” in the title ironically, right? Because half seems a little low to me given his supporters.

The trailer last week showed Bruce and Alfred finding the entrance to what will become the batcave.

Hey now, I just finished DMing a campaign with one of these. He was a font of information if you could deal with his prankster ways. He randomly adorned the PC minotaur with little colored bows because he thought he was underaccessorized.

Where is Eva Green's nomination for Penny Dreadful?

Thank you for all of the "bone flute" analogies, because while I was watching it I was just disturbed by : a.) the unsanitariness of playing a dirty flute picked up off of the forest floor; b.) Playing the damn flute even after you know it is the bone of a dead child. I prefer your version of events much better.

I looked forward to Meredith's pro/con True Blood recaps of True Blood more than I looked forward to the episodes themselves. We need a new show for her to pro/con the recap.

SLIGHT SPOILERS AHEAD:

Sadly parts of the world already exist that parallel the opening of this film, but it still is one of the most unsettling dystopias in my book.

I think Rutger Hauer is required for this topic. This movie is endlessly quotable and I am never sure if it is a good use of waste of my time when I watch it, but I still watch it at least once a year.

Fun fact redux: "#1 Crush" first appeared as a b-side to the 1995 Subhuman import single. It is a different, darker and heavier mix than what is on the R & J soundtrack. Subhuman is a great tune too.

Where is Eva Green for Penny Dreadful?

I agree with Oscar becoming the next Hakan. This was the only copy of the closing scene I could find on YouTube. It is bleak, but considering the pool scene that preceded it, it is such a fitting ending.

Now playing

Let the Right One In. A wonderful movie which has one of the most satisfying and conversation causing endings in recent memory. From the minute Oskar hits the pool on is absolute cinematic perfection, because the whole film has been building to this moment.
