Release it on PC to start with, and release the source code later. Consider it an investment. The community will spend years and years improving your game, porting it to new platforms and keeping it relevant.

Nothing so called, they are pirates. They are breaking the laws. No one is entitled to getting to play old games. The best approach would be to change the copyright laws to make them more reasonable. Obviously that is no easy feat. So accept the risks you are taking, and acknowledge that you are breaking the law.

The thing that feels magical is that the upscaling with DLSS from, say, 1080p to 4k is often indistinguishable from actual 4k rendering to the untrained eye.

Which is weird because GTA IV had online and as a company they’ve had so damn long at the top to become a service shill. But regardless, here we finally are.

Given that the story is the game was a half-assed mess that petered off like a weak fart in a strong wind, I’d bet campaign DLC was always more or less an afterthought. They couldn’t even be bothered finishing what they already had.
