I remember that in FFIII, it’s not really bad, as long as your party comp is balanced and leveled. FFIV got really, really real. The issue I’m facing with the final dungeon are the dragons that can wipe half of a level 60 party right off the bat if you don't have the right equipment.

I had the same deal with the GBA Pokemon games. I had to buy Emerald 3 different times before I got a legit copy, 2 times with Ruby. Due to that saving issue, you also can’t trade or transfer up to later DS versions, and that was just frustrating.
