I see an opportunity to troll the hell out of Porsche with a GT3 paint-to-sample request.

THIS. $7M in shopping money would get you a 962 *and* a 959 with change left over for a Countach and a couple other things.
“Here is the garage-full of awesome older BMWs you can get for the price of a single crappy 4-cylinder automatic-transmission 320i.”
This is a better idea.
My brief drives in C7s says that 400 horsepower is “the right amount of wrong” for the non-ZR1 version of the chassis. Add the Zr1 package and subtract 100 horsepower = going in the wrong direction.
Hells to the yes. FD FTW.
I agree the Zagato mods make the Carrera more conventionally attractive. But they also make it look more generic.
Here in California I see Rams driven mostly by Hispanic contractors and farm workers. In general those guys are less political than you might think. They appreciate a truck that doesn’t break.
The NCAP evidence etc. says the Tesla protects its occupants very well in crashes, probably in part because it is willing to jettison parts to dissipate crash energy.
Can confirm, the new Bolt is actually a darn nice car. But the only West Coasters who are going to cross-shop the Bolt and Tesla 3 are people who wear Keens to work and make their own Muesli.

It *is* the A-Class sedan. They refer to it as a “Coupe” in most markets, but there is no separate 3-box style for the A the way there is for the E-Class.
Yup, Torch is right. And you can get a lot of the parts for such a swap at http://www.jagsthatrun.com.
I am relieved to see an article by David Tracy that does not make me fear for his life.
And yet, everyone’s list of the most beautiful cars has a ton of overlap. The Touring F12 and the Lancia 037 are both “consensus beautiful” even though they are very different shapes.
VIP STYLE + DYNASTY sounds kind of awesome! I guess I shouldn’t endorse rolling coal, but I definitely think you’re onto something here.
The car takes a selfie of you behind the wheel and posts it to Instagram automatically. #Urusuckithaters
It really *should* be called the Ursus. “It’s a bear, yo!” That makes a lot more sense than the name they actually gave it.
