So, BitTorrent has the linux distro excuse, and some people may be legitimately interested in backing up NDS games, but Usenet? Come on. If someone isn't using Usenet for copyright infringement, they're using it for illegal pornography.

@bedhead75: ...people who need to wake up in the morning?

Well, sure, it's not as good as the gym, but if it gets you moving 30 mins a day, it's better than doing nothing.

Sportsmanship always finds its way out the window when a result is on the line, even in sports that are "known" for fair play. This is no different.

This doesn't really hold a candle to Dhakar's graphic. Not only is it inconsistent with colors, but it's also not really in line with "canonical" coffee mixes. A latte is 2/3rds "cup o' coffee" and 1/3 milk? Macchiato has shaved cocoa? At least with those two (they're not the only ones), if you went into any coffee

@PenitentPenguin: For what it's worth, SOE does publish their own games.

@hari.s1ngh: I don't think there's a "normal" place to hold a phone. I typically hold mine up top.

@CommentingpointlesslyisMeh: Well, you probably should pass the bar exam before you accuse other people of not having passed it themselves, at a minimum.

@Red_Flag: Please. "They aren't advocating piracy any more than google is by giving you the results of your search" is equivocating. Fitzpatrick actively decided to write about this. Google just indexes the contents of the web passively. That the info is out there anyway is irrelevant.

@Ninja Nemo: Really, writing a 1500 word step-by-step guide is equivalent to an entirely automated process pointing you to another website?

Kudos to Mr. Fitzpatrick for finding a way to charge flash carts to an expense account.

@mrsayao: Really, how many people here defended BitTorrent but criticized this article? I'm guessing there's little if any overlap.

I don't have an iPhone 4, but everyone I know who has one doesn't seem to be particularly bothered by the antenna issue.

@Entaum: The Xbox 360 RRoD was a real shitstorm? I don't really think the brand suffered long-term damage.

Is there a way to get the stock Nexus One (or similar) ROM? No Marketplace, no actual Google integration ... doesn't really demonstrate anything, frankly.

@Al Iguana: Thanks, I was wondering why the Google stuff was missing.

@Ron-Mexic0: Did Apple even spend that much advertising the iPhone? I remember a few scattered commercials here and there but nothing like the full-on onslaught of commercials, magazine ads, billboards, radio, etc for the Droid.

@Aklost: "Whether its wrong or right is up to the courts and the consumer to decide."
