I like Zite for Android. Zite gathers articles from a variety of sources, according to the interests you specify. Zite was purchased by Flipboard and the thinking at the time was that Zite's days were numbered, but Zite is still going strong: www.zite.com.

I keep coming back to Google Keyboard every time I try Swype and Swiftkey. Why? Because Google Keyboard prominently highlights the currently selected word while swyping, and when that word appears, all I need to do is lift my finger. I find it more accurate than Swiftkey or Swype. Though I'm certainly willing to

I do the same thing: Every now and then I see a cool looking theme that I must try. I try it and then realize that Themer is far less functional than Nova Launcher. I go back to Nova a few hours later, after being frustrated with the new Theme because it either doesn't show me what I want to see or makes it slower to

Seriously, I would love that, too: To automatically delete email that's all in Russian or even Spanish.

I just signed up. But as far as I can tell, unlike with Google Drive and Dropbox, there's no auto upload feature on iOS or Android. In other words, you have to manually select photos and videos to upload.

Last July I noticed that whenever I looked at something for sale on Amazon a particular affiliate link was always added to the product. No matter what I did —logging out of Amazon, deleting cookies, running spyware checks— I couldn't shake that: The same affiliate link kept being added to every product I browsed.

My college roommate and I were cooking dinner once. We had guests. All was going great. With our guests arriving in about 10 minutes, dinner was well underway. Then we got to the part of the recipe that said, "simmer for 3 hours."

What I need most is a sensible data service for international travel. I'm paying AT&T $130 for 800 MB. Believe me, that 800 MB goes fast. I've toyed around with getting T-Mobile so I can use their unlimited international data plan, but it's only 2G, which is painfully slow. I'd love to find an affordable international

I'm learning Japanese and I like Quizlet, www.quizlet.com, for flashcards. You can draw from many pre-made cards, or create your own. The flashcards sync with iOS. (I don't know about Android.)

This is good. This is tempting. I can see a lot of international travelers switching to T-Mobile. I will be one of them.

I find dictating notes in Evernote on iPhone incredibly fast and more accurate than I can type. Just press the mic icon on the keyboard and talk instead of type. You can speak punctuation such as "period," too.

I also find Evernote's web app painful. On my Chromebook Evernote web takes on average 2+ minutes to open. I found a little Chrome extension EverSearch that lets you quickly see the last 9 notes you've made (you can up that list to 20 or 40), plus lets you search. If this Chrome extension can find a way to deal with
