The gladiator can tow more, but the tacoma and colorado both come with 5 foot beds and can have 6 foot long bed options, making them longer than the gladiator. you can also get a manual on any tacoma trim. while i also really like the gladiator, the tacoma also fits every need you listed without being “laughable”
