Further, the 'butthurt' regulars (good/and otherwise) are what makes a site worth their salt.

It's easier just to leave. Lot less stress that way.
Oh, the article isn't saying he got arrested for Homebrewing the Wii, although it does seem like it might be the case. That last line insinuated that he was actually making money from his site that was distributing pirated software and the files needed to perform Homebrew.
....
Eh, eventually, you get used to it.
I like how the article leaves that little detail out until the very end.
another point and the one i think the OP was really getting at is not just their movements but the actual use of bending itself seeming to be limited.
You know the commenting system is "borked" when it seems the amount of replies dictates it's position.
Agreed, complaining about issues in a kids show (even if it is meant for pre-teen/teens) is definitely a bit much.
I don't normally read comics, but I'll make an except in this case. EMH was pretty damn good for someone like myself who's had next to no exposure to superheroe comics.
So... you're saying an adult shouldn't watch a kid's show?
Sounds to me like you put ridiculous expectations on the show, and when it failed to live up to every single one of them, you felt the need to come on kotaku and whine.
Glad to see someone thinking positive on all this. Very refreshing indeed.
Even in the original avatar, blood bending used the same stances as Aangs ability to remove bending, the only real difference was proximity.
We're looking at a more "modern" setting. That kind of stuff works well in that. It would actually look kind of out of place to have some of the other stuff you're mentioning. Not that they shouldn't do it...
I think korra mentioned this at least once with the whole "modern style bending" thing.
Let's turn this a bit differently shall we?
I still haven't seen past episode 3 (shush, I'm having a very slow summer. Maybe sometime this or next week), and while some things seem a bit fast, considering other cartoons I've seen, I don't mind.
Hell, season 1 was quite "tame". Season 2 got a bit more serious and into some "different" situations, while the 3rd season was the most serious out of all of them.
5 goods things on Kotaku?
