Cobaltios - On the Verge of Departure

As someone who just recently got into watching fighting games, I must say that I rather enjoyed the Soul Calibur, King of Fighters and UMvC3 matches... even if UMvC3 had mostly villains in the finals than any other (Infrit did a fantastic job though, so props!!).

Frankly, I don't understand the hate for F Champ. He said he was the best then proved. It's not cocky if its true.

It was better on Friday it seems. They had the tourney a bit late... so, that probably didn't help matters :P.

There was a rumor going around that Xie bought the trophy for BlazBlue, and accidentally put his name somewhere on it. So he would have won his own trophy, on his own stream XD.

Same. Mainly because the other few candidates are either seen as the "villains", or plain just disliked.

KoF was amazing. I just started watching it during... I think it was Final Round? Yeah, that makes sense. I started watching it during then, and I just really enjoyed getting into another good sprite based fighting (since my "other" preferred one is getting thrown to the wayside).

I just used the Kotaku one.

Ah, see, I enjoyed it too. And then HGSS came out and blew that one out of the water.

Could have easily have been the fact that some of it didn't sound very much like they'd be in a Pokemon game, which I can understand. But that's also what makes it so good; it's something different and it just works very well for the game.

Never heard of Fire Red/Leaf Green for the GBA? Those are about as good a remakes for the original games as you're going to get.

Maybe that one was just a lesser dub? Sypmhonia, Vesperia, and Eternia were all pretty good with the English voices.

Well... half the experience is from the music... so....

Representing himself as a gym leader, while Blue is representing Champion status? Otherwise, they sure have a weird time explaining what this is doing there.

Yeah, I went on massive information binge the day Serebii got his copy of the game. My god...

Ghetsis tries to MURDER (murder murder, not "cute pokemon fainting" murder) the protagonist in B2W2 once he becomes an actual threat.

My thoughts exactly.

I understand they're frightened of losing the huge DS install base, but don't they realise that long-term Pokemon fans are used to buying new hardware with the games and will blindly spend hundreds to play the latest version?

Yes I know they are doing Black2/White2 but that is just a cash grab, this is Grey, no doubt about it.

Tales games don't usually have shitty dubbing.

Possibly, depending on whether they stop making ridiculous Pokemon
