Welp, after some fiddling, some backing up, and about 20 minutes worth of installation, I'm back up and running on Windows 7! God, why do I suck so badly when it comes to installing simple hardware?

Sadly for you, no. I've never played a Resident Evil game before, so I'm not too inclined to check it out. I'll admit, I've heard enough good things about it, but RE is just not my beverage of choice.
