$20... for a crossbow?!

I'm getting this expansion solely for the crossbows. Yes, they're just that cool :p.

I was happy that the mobile gaming (smartphones) was nowhere to be seen.

$225 with tax for me :P. On the plus side, it's still cheaper than when the 3DS initially came out.

The only think I am worried about is that those hinges don't look very strong and it is a big screen.

If it makes any sense, this is basically a deluxe version of the 3DS. Bigger screen, more comfortable design, better button placement, improved 3D screen... that sort of this. the internal hardware is exactly the same, it's everything outside that's been refined.

Judging by the article, the 3DS XL sounds like it's essentially skipping a step and simple doing all the "renovations" it needs in one go.

Thanks. Ugh, my French is so damned rusty :P. I was actually struggling to read it at first. But once I got about half way through, I got a bit easier. Considering only a few words here and there caught me by surprise, I'm able to get back in the groove surprisingly easily.

You who haven't bought the original 3DS though: Enjoy this one, it's probably better than the original in every way save size. Which will be even bigger when adding a circle pad extension... oh boy...

The french article mentions that it seems Nintendo might be using a filter of some kind to fix that issue. Not sure how they're doing it, but it definitely looks just as good.

Before I go onto my "proper" reply, Game Freak inadvertently gave me a very nice birthday present in the way of Pokemon Black and White 2; which were released in Japan on Saturday, June 23rd.

Eh, I'm not in any hurry for it, what with me still wanting to get my hands on the PS3. Afterall, I just bought a PSP go this year... so yeah, I'm freaking patient.
