Sorry, but no it isn't crystal clear. He can be saying that the "Merc and BMW are crappy", or he can be saying "if they were in bad cars, this is still not right" Its just one of those things that looks like either or.

Neither of those cars "suck". An S350 is a really nice car, and a Z4 is a nice Roadster. Also both aren't cheap cars, especially the w221.

Are old Mercs not affordable? This is one of my dream cars. I certainly find it more desirable than a 355 when it comes to "affordable dream cars".

Its a 164 Pro-Car. It was meant for racing. I dont think it got to though. If you search it it is basically a cage, with an alfa 164 body. Oh and a huge V10 in the middle. =D

I like the way Motor Week is. Its perfect. No zany commentators, no dubstep playing in the background, no power sliding tire burning action with crazy camera movements. It is just about the car, its good points, and its bad points. The end.

MBworld.org, Benzworld.org, and peachparts.com are the three biggest ones around. They have a subforum for almost every Mercedes-Benz. Id start with peachparts and Benzworld. They seem the most active. I am sure you would get help there. Let me know if you ever post. Post pics!
