(Personally, I think he’s terrific. I just couldn’t pass up the chance to make this dumb joke.)

More like Tony Wrongo! Because he was wrong and his name sounds like that kinda. So, in my opinion, that’s what it’s more like.

Everyone in my family, including my retired parents and non-nerd sister, is into the MCU now, and we were all sitting together watching the game tonight. The Captain Marvel spot came on, and my 7 year old niece got real quiet and watched the whole thing intently. When it was over, she turned back to everyone, trying

Now playing

I mean, I guess Futurama fans, sure. But that door goes a little farther back than that.

Even more amazing is that they had to realize what using that white door would mean for Twilight Zone fans.

Yes I appreciate the discussion — and I appreciate the problem being narrowed to guns in irresponsible and criminal hands. It’s tough to take great effort to be law-abiding in every way, well-trained (I’m former military, an expert marksman in pistol and rifle) and safe with weapons and then feel demonized by people

And the other half are more amazing examples of why education is more important than gun control laws. Think of it like drugs, they’re illegal (and have been for a long long time) yet theres more problems with addiction today than ever before. I guess we need more prisons to lock up the users. Forget about education

Ditto! I taped it and then spent the rest of my adolescence wearing out the tapes. I don’t care if parts of it have cheesed over time. It still works on me. Half the cast is pretty much perfect, the music is all western and spooky, the tone consistently reflects the creeping sadness of an hauntingly empty world, and

That’s what happened in the movies, yeah. Avengers: Disassembled is an early 2000's storyline from the comics. Comic spoilers below. Potential future movie spoilers below:

I come from a union family, am very pro-union, but am now in management, which can often be incredibly difficult. Recently I accepted a position with a company in Chicago to run one of their larger facilities. During my second week there, a union campaign kicked off. There were a number of reasons for this, but shitty

Sir would you please just order something

The sea was angry that day my friend

Over Macho Grande?

yup, well said. I keep a can of bear spray and a bat as home self defense. Its probably at least as good under stress as a gun. I used to work w/a gun nut who owned a range as his side gig and even this guy, the most libertarian, gadsen flag dude around thought that guns were bad ideas for most ppl because they dont

Actually, I have a pistol because I am secure in the knowledge I’m more likely to use it on myself or my wife statistically speaking.

Wait....that doesn’t make sense.

Why expose yourself to that? Why bring that into the equation?

Agreed- it’s a small, fun incentive.

I don’t love losing cash games entirely, but the points system is not without its benefits.  Still reeks of a company unsure of how to keep its business model sustainable, though.

And free passes make it harder to win anything significant during the game. With so many people getting free passes, the amount of people who win balloons, meaning most players are just going to win pennies.

I also approve of the Free With Ads option on Vudu. They do post quite a few good movies to enjoy.
