I think my enthusiasm for the Steam Box has steadily dropped from the time it was first announced. At this point none of these seem more appealing than just building my own gaming PC. I mean, I like the notion of a PC/console but I'm just not feeling any of them.

I really hope this does come out for the PS3, as it's one of the reasons I bought the darn thing. I've found a lot to love otherwise, but I'd still like the thing I got it for to eventually come out.

I imagine the rabidness would definitely die down once everything comes out, but they'll still be dedicated. That said, I still think it's super weird that they haven't at least put out Mother 1, seeing as there's apparently a Nintendo official translation from when the game was current.

Any news if this is timed free or always free? I know Nintendo has had some DLC free for a week or so, but then charge after a certain point. If it's the former, I'd like to go pick up this game today and snag it. If not, I'll just wait until I get a little bit of Christmas money to get the game.

I like that this is mixing game enemies (OoT King Dodongo and Skyward Sword bokoblins) but I definitely won't get it for $60. Still gonna get it, just not right away.

This looks like it should be an N64 game with how stiff everything is.

Just carry it with you for a while. You'll become addicted to Street Pass and it'll be as necessary to have with you as your wallet.
