After you complete both surveys, there will be an item in your list of games to do surveys for; this item will be the Accept $30 credit item. You go to that, click accept, then it gives you a pin that you enter in the eshop's Add Funds section.
I doubt I'd even be able to get $100 for my used copy of Suikoden II, despite it being in flawless condition.
Not having to carry around every cartridge is the best feature. You can store 10-50 games on a single Flashcart. Why would I want to carry around every game when I can just carry around one cartridge that holds everything?
