Ok, I’m going to come off as a dick for asking/saying this, but I’m actually asking. Up front, I’m very skeptical about the whole ESA thing. These are not service animals. I understand that historically there may have been a very small minority that truly needed an ESA, but now it seems to be this MASSIVE issue. Is it

Wait, so it’s bad that someone who worked with someone who’s been accused of a violent crime commented on him only in the context in which they knew each other, which is the only way one COULD comment honestly and truthfully, and that’s bad?

HAHAHAHAHAHA HE’S BALD HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So, not to be That Guy, but this is going to be backed up by a shit ton of customer research. PepsiCo is not going to launch new brands based on a sexist premise. This doesn’t mean that they found that all women hate Doritos because they’re crunchy, but that there is a difference in general average preference, enough

People always think they have they flu when they have a cold until they actually get the flu. Then they’re like “oh... THIS is the flu...” and then they don’t make that mistake again.

The vaccine isn’t about individual immunity, it’s about herd immunity. The vaccine reduces your chances of getting it, it doesn’t guarantee you won’t.

Assuming you know a bit of Japanese, do you know why the difference in spellings I’ve seen over the years? The article has Karaage, you have Kara-Age, I’ve seen Karaga, Karage, etc. What gives?

I haven’t seen the actual wording of the survey questions, but there could be another interpretation. For example:

No, I got that - maybe I’m seeing sarcasm where there isn’t any? Or vice versa? Sure, Apple’s reinvestment isn’t going to help coal country except in a possible trickle-down, like you said, but on the other side there’s now tax revenue where there wasn’t before which could help coal country if spent there.

I was thinking the same thing - guy with the knife is the slowest friend ever.

I guess not - what did you mean?

Zero. Still doesn’t change my comment.

Apple WAS a win. How was it not? Apple didn’t have to bring the money back to the US to be taxed/reinvested, as it was overseas revenue. They got a better tax deal in exchange for repatriotizing the money and investing in the US.

Ya, this isn’t the employee bonus. This is $500 on TOP of their regular bonuses.

Poor doctors having to accept free things and being forced to do things that aren’t in their patients’ interests.... someone needs to help those poor doctors....

Well, no, not really. In Canada, pharmaceutical companies are not allowed to advertise or even market the same way as it’s done in the US. The US is sort of a special child in pharma. (full disclosure, I work in pharma in Canada, but not Purdue)

There’s an opioid crisis in Canada and we have government-funded healthcare. It’s not as dire as in the US, but just saying...

It did say that all animals were true neutral - they didn’t have the decision making power or morality to explicitly land anywhere else on the grid. However, they weren’t the ONLY ones. Some druids, I think, were True Neutral.

LOL Well played. It’s true, although the subjectivity was limited by the description in D&D

Totally fair. That was my way to explain it, but it does mostly overlap with 3rd ed (ahem old) rules. Chaotic is “unfettered personal freedom” - they do what they want without restriction or obligation except for their own personal ethos. And I was thinking more of an active chaotic (relentless and unrestricted), not
