I just had to look up my uni's song because I never once heard it while I was a student, and yep, it has a mention of "sons and daughters." It also has the lyric, "We're going to try and try the same old way," which I find delightfully mediocre, as befits my mediocre school.

At the very least, you deserved something hilarious - like my school's pandas.
