That’s a pretty powerful blower to be able to do that. Are the core parts he uses designed for model planes or something? I figure if you were shopping for model parts, you would go ahead and get the actual real fuel-burning jet engines they make for those instead of an electric blower.

I’d rather give my money to SpaceX who are trying to lower cost and advance rather than the ULA(Joint Venture between Lockheed and Boeing) who just wanna keep the status quo of high prices and no advancement. ULA use rockets pretty much developed 50 years ago with few changes. Screw that, advancement over that anyday.…

Uh.....once again a totally misleading headliner. These are not jet engines. They do not compress and then combust an air/fuel mixture. They are fans and maybe could be called ducted fans....electric fans. Nice but the bad headliner spoiled it for me.
